Kaitlin was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
She helped keep us calm during the buying process when we ran into hurdles with the title on the sellers' side and were delayed for a month while they sorted things out with the title insurance. That being said, she was not punctual. We waited for her to arrive at every viewing. She also withheld information regarding the title issues. Kaitlin told us that all heirs had signed off on the prior foreclosure and that the hold up was with the title insurance. When i spoke to the attorney, he advised there was one heir that they couldn't track down and that was what was holding up the title insurance. I think her intent was to keep us from worrying more than we already were, but I would have preferred to have been told the truth.
